New Ellie

This is my latest li'l Ellie.  She's a bit different from my usual mohair Ellies.  I've crafted her from a piece of woollen fabric my friend Pam (Cloth to Creation) generously gave me.  I'm taking her to NZ tomorrow night as a pressie for my 3 year old grand-daughter.  Hope she likes her!

Some Of The Vintage Goodies From The Show Last Weekend

Well these are just a few of the pieces of treasure that I brought home from the show last weekend.  I just love the little black Mary Jane shoes.  They're Italian made and are well over 30 years old.  Then there's a tiny tin teaset.  Some lovely old postcards.  Lastly a gorgeous piece of antique lace & some vintage blue lace.  Oh and a tiny porcelain doll, she cost me a whopping $2.  There is more to come but I'm in a bit of a rush to pack the car as I'm heading off to Petrie Market tomorrow.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Some Pics From The Show

On Sunday Lisa, from Olive Grove Primitives & myself set off for the Ipswich Doll & Bear Show.  We shared a table so you can see Lisa's lovely Annies & bears on the left & my critters on the right.   It was great catching up with all the other stallholders & meeting new people.

I spent all my profits on the day, finding all sorts of lovely treasures.  Will put up pictures of them later!

Hope you're all having a lovely week!
